Agile Offroad's front coilover conversion kit upgrades Sprinter van suspension by increasing spring force and adding roughly 1 to 1.5 inches of lift, using Hyperco coil springs paired with new upper spring seats and lower perches to work with existing Bilstein B6 or factory struts. While shocks control the rate of motion, the coilover is what actually holds the van up and keeps the wheels on the ground, helping heavily built vans maintain composure and centre of gravity. The improvement is most noticeable during cornering, benefiting overlanders across a range of off-road situations.

The Agile Double Shear Bracket is a rear suspension reinforcement kit purpose-built for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4x4 vans, addressing a well-known weak point in the factory rear shock mounting system. It doubles the strength of the upper and lower shock mounting bolts and reinforces the factory lower axle bump stop mount, common failure points under the stress of heavy, loaded overlanding builds. Compatible with factory shocks, Agile's tuned Fox shocks, or other aftermarket rear shocks, it suits stock and lifted Sprinters alike.

A motorised bed platform that lifts to the ceiling at the push of a button, freeing up the full living space below when not sleeping. Driven by a linear actuator system and can be stopped at any height needed.

Internal bike mounts fitted inside the vans rear doors, securing bikes inside the build rather than on an external rack — keeping them out of the weather and off the road. These racks have been designed and developed in house as an alternative to putting the bikes under the bed. This means more storage and a lower bed area!

A custom ceiling panel crafted from American oak, fitted to the centre of the van's ceiling to add a warm, natural timber feature against the surrounding cabinetry. Made in-house to suit the van's specific interior fit-out.

Havelock Wool Van Insulation is natural sheep's wool insulation batting sized and supplied specifically for van conversions, offering natural temperature regulation, soundproofing, and moisture management without the itch or off-gassing associated with synthetic alternatives. An in-house re-trim service for the van's standard seating, available in a choice of over 20 colours to match your interior scheme. Existing seat frames and padding are re-upholstered by Burley Van Co's trim team rather than replaced, giving a refreshed look and feel without changing the seat's factory fit and comfort.

The Sheelman seat creates an ergonomic shape with lumbar support, an adjustable-length thigh cushion, and a suspension-mounted bottom cushion that isolates road vibration, plus adjustable backrest inclination for a personalised driving position. Integrated lap belt mounting points.
